Hello Friend Gave Problem M Sure Approach 24 17 13 11 39 76 2 63 13 17 63 4 8 Assume Messa Q43834073

Hello, a friend gave me this problem that i’m not sure how toapproach.

24(-17), 13(11), 39, 76(2),63(13)(-17), 63(-4)(8)

I assume a message is encoded, but I have no idea how to go aboutsolving.

If anyone could solve and show me how it was done, so i could senda message back in the same format that would be amazing. There isalso a second one:

9(10),40(-3),1,55(16),40(-3),118(-3)(6),70(10),104(8)(17),103(-6),18(8)(17)

Thank you!

Edit: sorry but unfortunately I don’t have much context here, I washoping someone had seen something similar before.
Upon searching It looks similar to something that may be able to besolved using Fermat’s little theorem or modular exponentiation; butall I know is that there is (most likely) an encoded message (as asentence or string of letters) and there is some method to decipherthis
