respond to – One of the biggest parts of my Operational Plan will be the Technology Plan. Since my business is online, the website and the software will be the most important pieces, along with my IT services. The first step will be to create the course I plan to sell (product) and I will need software that delivers those courses to different customers. This software must provide an exam at the end, be able to automatically grade the exam, and provide a certificate of completion once the exam is passed. I will need a website that is a good representation of my products. The website must be easy to navigate, visually appealing, and have clear and competitive pricing. Once I have multiple options for the same courses, the website must delineate each version of the course so the choice is fast and easy. The website must also clearly indicate all options for communication with me if there are any problems with the website or the courses. IT services will be contracted out to a reliable company that can quickly determine how to correct issues, and them fix them immediately.
