- Pinky always gets to play pinball on a day ofthe month divisible by 4, regardless of what day of the week itis.
- Clyde only gets to play pinball if both Inky and Blinky havealready played that week, and if Pinky does not get to play thatday.
Write a python function which takes two arguments (the day ofthe week in string format and the day of the month in numericalformat) and returns the name of the person that gets to playpinball that day. (The start of a week is Sunday.)
